I’m a photographer with over 15 years experience working with many of the best cookery book publishers and magazines as well as restaurants, hotels and other commercial clients, in the UK and beyond. I have shot all four of Tom Kerridge’s books including his recent best seller Dopamine Diet. As well as food, I'm also very interested in ceramics and shoot regularly for Ceramic Review Magazine. My long-term project Life on the Line, a series of portraits shot along the Arctic circle, was published in September 2014 and at the moment I'm working on a personal project about the Polish Baltic coast. I have also recently built a darkroom at my studio and have been experimenting with mixing old and new processes.
